Whether you are buying a stock certificate for a gift or for your own collection, it sometimes gets difficult to decide which company to buy. Here is Kabuken Cafe's version of favorite selection in different categories. We hope these lists give you some ideas for what to buy next.

Some companies send a gift or coupons to their shareholders. Although such perks can be discontinued any time, and the fact that a gift was sent out on one year does not mean they will send it out again in the future, but we can always hope... Boston Beer
Boston Beer is our favorite in this category because, so far, we've received a baseball cap, a bottle opener, a calendar, and a bottle cover, all with Samuel Adams logo and "Owner" printed on them.
Build-A-Bear Workshop
Unfortunately, Build-A-Bear may have discontinued it, but they used to send 5 dollar gift card along with their annual report.
Darden Restaurants
We've received 5 dollar gift certificate that can be used for any of restaurants that Darden Restaurants owns (such as Olive Garden or Red Lobster).
McDonald's
McDonald's attach a coupon for free product (such as french fries or Big Mac) to their annual report.
Starbucks
Unfortunately, Starbucks discontinued sending a gift card, but when they did, it was a card designed specially for shareholders.
